A MOGA mentor a trusted advisor. Being a mentor involves making yourself available to support and advise the students when they need it and on matters, they have identified, delivering that support in a way that makes sense to young people, and always keeping their best interests in mind at all time. We have four categories of mentors. 1) Career Mentors 2) Life coach mentors 3) Religious mentors 4) Wellbeing Mentors - Dealing with issues of grief, trauma, identity
MOGA is setting up a Savings & Credit Cooperative Organisation (SACCO) to support the members in savings and borrowing from the SACCO.
MOGA's core activity is fundraising for the Bursary Fund to support young people admitted to Mugoiri girls to access world class education despite the family financial ability.
MOGA supports development activities at Mugoiri Girls high School such as donation of Equipment to the Sciences, activities to support the sister to site program by donating items such sanitary products to combat period poverty.
To support members socially and promote the sisterhood from having attended Mugoiri Old Girls Association.
